To all parents of Children’s School

Our children’s school (CS) activities in this camp will be held at Cortina 3 on the first basement floor during the evening conference from July 18th to July 20th, the opening conference on July 19th, the praise contest in Wing 21 on July 20th, and the closing conference on July 21st.

The age requirement for this camp is elementary school students and above, but if you are 3 years old or older and wish to participate, please be sure to come with a guardian.

At the CS, please bring your own Bible, notebook, writing utensils, colored pencils, crayons, etc., and drinks (water, tea, etc.).

Especially on the nights of July 19 and July 20, we will make original items such as fans, so please bring colored pencils, crayons, origami paper, stickers, glue, scissors, etc.

Please bring your own toys.

Tokyo Antioch Church Direct Bus

Reservations are being accepted for the Antioch Church bus to and from Tokyo Antioch Church. Seats are still available, so please take advantage of the convenient Tokyo Antioch Church Bus.

There will be one bus with 49 regular seats. Reservations will be closed as soon as the bus reaches its capacity.

Bus meeting and departure time

[Destination] July 18 (Tue) Meet at 8:30 A.M., Depart 9:00 A.M.

[Return] Friday, July 21 Scheduled to depart after the camp.

* Please note that you should confirm the departure time at the destination.

Bus fare as of July 11: the bus fare is 9,600 yen for adults round trip 6,100 yen for children 6,100 yen for adults one way 4,000 yen for children. The price varies depending on the number of people.

Cancellation fee: please note that the cancellation fee will be 100% of the entire bus fare.

When you apply for Hakuba Camp, you will always receive a “Hakuba Camp Application Confirmation” in your registration email.

[For those who use the train] Regarding reserving a hotel shuttle bus between JR Minami-Otari Station and the hotel

There is a hotel shuttle bus between JR Minami-Otari Station and the hotel. Reservations are required, so please make reservations directly with the hotel by 8:00 P.M. the day before.

Please note that even at the scheduled times, the shuttle bus will not operate if there are no reservations.

Reservation TEL: 0261-82-2236 (Hotel) When making a reservation, please mention “Stay at Hakuba Camp” and provide the desired time, names, and number of people using the bus. If the hotel staff is unavailable, your call will be forwarded to the reservation center, where your booking will also be accepted.

The detailed schedule is as follows:

Bus from Minami-Otari Station to the hotel: 10:00 / 12:05* / 13:25* / 14:40 / 16:20 / 17:55 / 19:05

The journey takes about 15 minutes for unmarked flights to the hotel, and about 25 minutes for flights marked with * as they go via Tsugaike.

(Return) Bus from the hotel to Minami-Otari Station: 9:30* / 11:40 / 14:20 / 15:55 / 17:30 / 18:30

The time required to reach Minami-Otari Station is about 15 minutes for unmarked flights, and about 25 minutes for buses marked with * as they go via Tsugaike.

Regarding the deadline for the Hakuba Camp

The deadline for accepting applications to participate in the Hakuba Camp as in-person is July 11th (Tuesday). We apologize for the sudden contact. If you decide to participate, please apply early.

The deadline for “Online Participation-Join online-” is Friday, July 14th. The deadline for registration via the application form and the payment of the registration fee will be Friday, July 14th.

If you would like to participate online, please complete your registration and payment by Friday, July 14th.

If the payment is made after July 15th (Saturday), we will inform you of the URL where you can watch the content of the Hakuba camp recorded after the camp ends.

This time, we will be renting out Hotel Green Plaza Hakuba for our stay. The hotel will adjust the ingredients according to the number of guests. Request from Hakuba Camp Nursing

On the day of the camp, please bring your necessary medicines, such as motion sickness medicine or any regular medication you require. Additionally, remember to bring your health insurance card, just in case.
